Pass Creek Fall Fair - 2012

Sept 22 and 23 2012 - Hours: 8 - 5 Saturday and 8 - 4 Sunday

Note: The 2012 Annual Fair dates has been set for the 3rd weekend in Sept 2012. The Horse show will not take place on Friday this year but rather will be integrated with Saturday and Sunday venues.

About Us

The Pass Creek Regional Exhibition Society was formed in 1994. Grand plans and schemes were laid for fall fairs and horse shows.

Onlookers blinked as acres many folks never realized existed were cleared and a show ring became visible in the summer of 1995.

The berm of trees around the perimeter of the ring and the fairgrounds was carefully retained as only necessary cutting was done.

The 1996 project s included installing electricity and 32 box stalls for the horses, both of which have been successfully completed, thanks in part to the BC Summer Games Legacy Fund.
Members of the society meet every 4 to 6 weeks to plan events and vote on capital improvements. You are welcome to come to meetings and join in or just observe.

Watch the Coffee Mate for dates and times of events. PCRES meetings take place at the fairgrounds in the display building. Volunteers are always needed to help with events and grounds maintenance activities. We need help with:

• Manning the gates,
• Ticket sales
• Concession stands
• Parking Lot attendants
• Horse stall attendants
• PA System announcers
