CLASS
SA1 -
A Wreath - the minimum to be 12' in diameter. Made with
recycled materials
SA2 -
A Painted Ceramic Tile - to be a minimum of 6" x 6" to a
maximum of 12" x 12" - Theme BC Grown" ( vegetables, fruit etc.)
SA3 -
A Hand Knitted Scarf - any design or length
With the permission of the exhibitor, the first place winning entries in
each class will be taken to the BC Fair's annual meeting in October in Vernon,
where they will be votes on by the delegates.
CLASS
GH -
A Gardening Hat - be creative, or hilarious. You could win a Pass Creek
Fair Rosette plus $10 cash. Hats may be purchased or handmade, old or new, but
you have to do all the decorating. All entries must be wearable and provide sun
protection. One winner in each category 18 years to Adult, Senior Youth 13 to
17 years, Intermediate Youth 9 to 12 years, Junior Youth 5 to 8 years.
Rules
- All exhibits must be made by exhibitor
- Use the regular entry form.
- Bring the entry to the fair grounds at the appropriate time
- Only one entry per person
CLASS
GB -
Gift Basket - put together a Gift Basket suitable for
a bridal shower, You could win a Pass Creek Rosette plus $10 in cash
Rules
- A basket or other suitable container may be used.
- The gift basket is to be suitable for a new bride, the value to be $25.
- Make
a list of contents and attach it to the basket.
- Bring the entry to the fair grounds at the appropriate time
- Use the regular entry form, one entry per adult
CLASS
H8 -
Scarecrow - create a scarecrow using (as much as possible)
natural or used material.
Make your scarecrow freestanding.
